Joseph H. Capper
President and Chief Executive Officer

Joe Capper was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of CardioNet in June 2010. Prior to CardioNet, Joe served as President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Home Diagnostics, Inc., a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of diabetes management products. Joe joined Home Diagnostics in 2009 and positioned the Company for a strategic merger in a transaction that created substantial value to its stakeholders. Home Diagnostics was listed on the NASDAQ stock market until its strategic merger.

Prior to Home Diagnostics, Joe was President and Chief Executive Officer of CCS Medical Inc., a private company that is a leading provider of medical supplies in diabetes, wound care, respiratory and other therapeutic categories. During Joe's tenure as Chief Executive Officer, he built the Company into one of the largest providers of diabetes and respiratory testing supplies for Medicare beneficiaries and the private insured. During this time, the Company's revenue grew from $60 million to over $500 million through organic growth and acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, Joe spent nine years with Bayer Corporation, ultimately becoming National Sales Director of the Diabetic Products Division where he led a 180-person sales organization with responsibility for over $350 million in revenue. Joe also has a distinguished service record having served in the U.S. Navy as a combat aviator and subsequently as a Congressional Liaison. Joe received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from West Chester University and an MBA in International Finance from George Washington University.

Heather Getz, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Heather Getz was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2010. Heather joined CardioNet in May 2009 as VP of Finance, bringing years of extensive financial experience. Most recently, Heather was Vice President of Finance at Alita Pharmaceuticals, Inc., responsible for all areas of finance, accounting and information systems. Prior to Alita Pharmaceuticals, Heather held various financial leadership positions at VIASYS Healthcare Inc., including directing the company's global financial planning, budgeting and analysis, and external reporting functions. Heather began her career at Sunoco, Inc., where she held various positions of increasing responsibility. Heather is a certified public accountant, and received her undergraduate degree in Accountancy and an MBA from Villanova University.

Andy Broadway
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Andy Broadway joined CardioNet in June 2009, bringing nearly 15 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, including extensive therapeutic knowledge in Cardiology and Neurology. Most recently, Andy was Director of Marketing at Bristol-Myers Squibb, leading the commercialization launch efforts of a potential new therapy for the treatment of Stroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation. Prior to Bristol-Myers Squibb, Andy was on the marketing team at Pfizer, where he led the development of the strategic vision, brand platform evolution, commercialization of new clinical studies, and launch of new indications for several leading brands. Andy started his career with Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility including sales, specialty sales, sales management, and marketing management. Andy received his undergraduate degree in Zoology from Auburn University.

Peter Ferola
General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Peter Ferola joined CardioNet in February 2011, with more than 19 years of progressive leadership experience in business management, legal affairs and corporate governance. Most recently, Peter served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Nipro Diagnostics, Inc. (formerly Home Diagnostics, Inc). Prior to joining Nipro Diagnostics, Peter worked as a corporate and securities attorney with Greenberg Traurig, LLP and with Dilworth Paxson, LLP in Washington, D.C., focusing on mergers, acquisitions, public securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. From 1989 to 2002, Peter worked in executive management roles for an American Stock Exchange-listed company, including serving as Vice President, Administration and Corporate Secretary, overseeing the company's administrative functions, legal matters, and investor relations. Peter received a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.

George Hrenko
Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Excellence

George Hrenko was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Excellence in May 2010. George joined CardioNet in June 2008 as VP of Human Resources. Most recently, George served as a Director of Human Resources for Target Corporation from February 2002 to March 2007. From December 1998 to February 2002, George held several positions with Bank One Corporation, including First Vice President, Human Resources Generalist, Vice President, Compensation, and Vice President, Corporate Staffing. From 1996 to 1998 he served as Managing Director, Human Resources for Continental Airlines. Prior to Continental Airlines, George served as Human Resources Manager at Pepsi-Cola Co, Pepsico, Inc., from 1987 to 1996. George received an undergraduate degree in English and Psychology from Penn State University.

Anna McNamara, RN
Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations

Anna McNamara joined CardioNet in 2002 bringing over 25 years of experience in telemedicine. Her experience includes multiple areas of cardiac monitoring, including program development in the areas of service, technology and monitoring center operations, clinical research and a 6 year span as National Sales Manager for a high risk cardiac monitoring service. Prior to joining CardioNet, Anna was the Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations and Research, responsible for all clinical monitoring operations, clinical research, and quality assurance at LifeWatch, Inc. Prior to that experience, Anna served as Vice President of clinical operations at Quality Diagnostic Services/WebMD (acquired by Matria Healthcare). She has also held various positions in clinical and technical areas at NMC Diagnostic Services and Survival Technology. Previously, Anna served as RN team leader in cardiac care units at New York University Hospital and Bellevue Hospital. Anna received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Marymount College in NY and her RN at Mercy Hospital in PA.

Dan Wisniewski
Senior Vice President, Business Operations

Dan Wisniewski joined CardioNet in December 2010 with over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, information systems, and operations. Most recently, Dan served as Chief Information Officer with CCS Medical. As the Chief Information Officer, Dan was responsible for developing a highly scalable patient centric operational infrastructure focused on compliance, growth and expense control within the healthcare industry. Prior to CCS Medical, Dan held various roles within the nuclear and banking industries with increasing responsibilities in information systems and general management. Dan began his career as an US Navy Nuclear Trained Naval Officer. Dan received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.

Mike Geldart
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development

Michael Geldart joined CardioNet in June 2012, as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, health law, and corporate development. Most recently, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer of MedExpress, a leading multi-state Urgent Care provider. Prior to joining MedExpress, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer and EVP of Corporate Development of CCS Medical. Prior to CCS Medical, Michael was a partner at Holland & Knight, LLP, a global law firm, most recently serving as the Co-Chair of the firm's National Health Care Practice Group. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of South Florida, and Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Michael is a member of the Florida Bar.
