Senior Financial Analyst
CardioNet provides real-time remote heart monitoring and analysis using our own innovative hardware and software products.
Purpose of Position
The Senior Financial Analyst will work under the supervision of the Manager. The Financial Analyst will perform a number of financial analysis duties for the company and assist as needed in special activities and projects for all departments.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Perform monthly close for patient revenues and account receivables.
Prepare patient receivable cash flow projections and analysis.
Prepare monthly account analysis.
Analysis of financial data both AR and Operational to detect emerging trends and provide variance analysis.
Development of presentations to communicate analysis findings.
Support external audit process by preparation of schedules and interaction with audit team.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis.
Assist with preparation of board materials and some SEC filings.
Provide primary support to Manager of Financial Analysis and VP of Finance.
Assist with Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Education Training and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Accounting/Finance, experience in health care a plus.
Advanced desktop application experience Microsoft Power point, Excel, Word, and Access (a plus).
Knowledge of FRX report writer and MAS 90.
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and SEC reporting a plus.
